# The Subconscious Leader Beliefs assessment + detailed report. Delivered a few days prior to your first coaching session, the assessment and report provide you with insight into the five dimensions of your subconscious leadership beliefs, and helps you understand which might be holding you back. You receive personalised advice to develop your skills and an outline of the steps you’ll take to get there.
# Five 1:1 coaching sessions. 90 minutes long, spaced 4-5 weeks apart, your 1:1 coaching sessions give you the chance to dive deep into each of the five SLB leadership dimensions, in the context of your current leadership role in the workplace. We take practical steps to work towards your leadership goals, and you’ll learn evidence-based tools, techniques, and processes to boost your skills.
# Post-program SLB assessment + detailed report. Discover exactly where your skills have improved, and what you’ve achieved throughout your coaching sessions.
# De-brief meeting + setting goals for the future. In this 45-minute debriefing session we discuss the program, identify which tools were most useful to you, and talk about the steps you can take to put your new skills into action.
# Ongoing support and regular check-ins with your coach for the duration of the program.
